MOUSAI is a three-star boutique "design" hotel conceived in a refurbished original house from 1925, contrasting with avant-garde architecture that combines contemporaneity and respect for the past. On 25/11/14 it was published in Clarín's architecture supplement / Hotels Special, and in June 2015 in the hotels special of the prestigious architecture magazine SUMMA, as well as in the magazine "LUGARES" and 9 / 08/2018 VIAJES Supplement in Clarín. Our hotel enjoys a high reputation and excellence certifications, based on the experiences of clients rated on the main online review sites. It is located a block and a half from the commercial center and bus terminal. The hotel CANNOT accommodate minors as it does not have adequate safety features; therefore, we are not licensed to do so. In the outdoor pool/terrace area, you can enjoy views of the Uritorco, Gemelas, Overo, Pajarillo hills and even the Mogotes. The hotel has superior and standard rooms. All rooms are double; the superior ones are in the original house and have a more spacious architecture and design compared to the Standard rooms. All rooms feature box-spring beds, flat-screen LED TV with Direct TV, /WIFI, safety deposit box /air conditioning and central heating with radiators, as well as throughout the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet, including a natural breakfast (cereal with dried fruits, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc.) and continental type (jams, cheeses and cold cuts, breads, pastries, puddings, etc.). We also offer free Chi Kung practices, also without charge, as well as hiking along the Villa Cielo Natural Reserve. It has parking space. All these services are included in the rate.
